DARK SOULS in Unity – Ep. 79

In this episode we create a team identification system. We will give each character a team I.D, and when they cast a spell, throw a bomb, or swing a sword, the damage collider on any of these items will grab the team I.D from the attacking character. If the team ID is the same as the character it strikes, no damage will be dealt. We also disable enemies from targeting any characters with the same team I.D as themselves.
